TRAFFIC: These projects were for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and were done in partnership with 3M. Except for the gate arm, the traffic gore and the 3M Lighted Guidance Tubes (LGTs) are 4" diameter x 20 feet long module. The LGTs are connected to make 100 foot lengths between illuminators. PLYLIGHT patented a means to insert a sheet of 3M Optical Lighting Film (OLF) into these tubes to enable 3M to bring this product to market. |
